Kennedy, known to his fans as "JK," is a former Australian rules footballer who left an indelible mark on the field during his time with the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). Born on August 25, 1987, Kennedy hails from Melbourne but was raised in Northampton, Western Australia, where his football journey began to take shape. Having showcased his talent early on, Kennedy played for East Fremantle in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) before his skills caught the eye of Carlton, who drafted him with the fourth pick in the 2005 National Draft.
