Gary Ablett Jr., also known as Gaz or The Little Master, is a former professional Australian rules footballer with an illustrious career in the Australian Football League (AFL). Born on May 14, 1984, in Moriac, Victoria, Ablett made a name for himself as one of the greatest midfielders in the history of the sport. Ablett's journey in the AFL began when he was drafted to the Geelong Football Club in 2001 under the father-son rule. During his time at Geelong, he achieved remarkable success, winning two premierships, two Carji Greeves Medals, and the prestigious Brownlow Medal in 2009. His contributions to the club earned him a place in Geelong's Hall of Fame and a status as a life member. In 2011, Ablett transitioned to the Gold Coast Suns where he served as the club's inaugural captain.
