Ben Kennedy, born on March 3, 1994, is a skilled Australian rules footballer who has made a mark in the Australian Football League (AFL). Standing at 1.75 meters and weighing 78 kilograms, Kennedy is known for his versatility as a small forward who can also transition into the midfield when needed. Kennedy's journey in professional football began at a young age when he represented South Australia at just fifteen years old. His talent was evident as he played for Glenelg's senior team in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) at the age of seventeen. His impressive junior career includes being selected twice in the under 18 All-Australian team, receiving a SANFL star search nomination, and earning a spot in the South Australian under 18 team of the decade. In 2012, Kennedy was recruited by the Collingwood Football Club as the nineteenth pick in the AFL draft. He made his debut in the 2013 season and played three seasons with Collingwood, accumulating twenty-five matches. In 2015, he was traded to the Melbourne Football Club where he continued to showcase his skills. Despite facing challenges with injuries, Kennedy's dedication and talent shone through as he persisted in the AFL.
